There is an advance reservation service charge of $2 per order per performance that does not apply for "walk-up" purchases within an hour of performance time.

Tickets are non-refundable but with 48 hours notice may be exchanged for a $2 service charge per reservation (subscribers exchange free) or returned for a tax deduction.

Will-call or pick-up: You may pick-up your tickets during BO hours or they will be held in will-call the night of the performance. Tickets will not be mailed except for subscription purchases.

Special Needs: Wheel chairs can be accomodated at either end of the first row but these spaces must be reserved as such (there is no extra cost but please inquire). An adjacent reserved seat for one accompanying person will be provided if that seat is not already reserved (reserved seating fee will be waived).

Reserved Seating: Seating together can not be assured without reserved seats. Those with reserved seats may arrive as late as 5 minutes before show time. In the event of a "full house", wait-listed walk-ins will be seated 5 minutes before show time and ticket holders may not be assured of seating after this point (House Managers will attempt to hold reserved seats as long as possible).

For credit card purchases (Visa/Mastercard/Discover and AmEx) and further information, call 541/535-5250 or e-mail your request via our on-line reservation form. However, reservations cannot be considered guaranteed until you have provided credit card information and you have e-mail or verbal confirmation from a Box Office representative. Box Office hours are 1 - 5 PM daily except Sunday and one hour before show times.

Further information on credit card purchases: Once submitted, your Credit Card number (CC#) will be stored in our computer database in such a manner that it can be accessed only by authorized personnel possessing dual passwords and the last 4 digits of your CC# and the expiration date. If given the latter information, CTC's Box Office personnel can retrieve the full number. However, once the charge is submitted, the full number is again "buried" and can only be retrieved by again entering the correct "last 4" and expiration date. Enabling us to store this information makes it easier for all concerned and avoids the need for "telephone tag" in order to process your reservation request by e-mail or phone message. Of course, when your CC number becomes outdated, we will again need to contact you by phone. If you do not want CTC to store your CC#, please inform our Box Office and the storage function will be blocked.
